Israel Tech Challenge offers its students the opportunity to finish off their Data Science or Full-Stack Development studies with an industry project at a tech company, where they gain meaningful experience in high-tech in Israel. Students are placed in the startups and tech companies for a period of 5-8 weeks, using the skills they learned over the course of the 3-5 months of intensive daily studies.
The experience they gained and the final product/solution they created over the course of the 5-8 weeks can be leveraged for finding future work, as it enriches their GitHub portfolio, gives them relevant and current experience to talk about in interviews, and grows their professional network.
There is no better way to gain meaningful experience in high-tech in Israel prior to launching your career than by actually being in the Israeli hi-tech work environment. In fact, approximately 5 out of 10 graduates are hired by their host companies and continue to work there.
