How Tech Companies Help Us Train The Next Generation of Coders

With ITC’s Coding Bootcamp, you can become a programmer in just five months of training and an internship. Our latest cohort of Bootcampers have just ventured out to their internships in the hi-tech hub of Israel. Each bootcamper has been through their rigorous interview stages, from practice interview simulations, CV workshops, to networking tips, all in preparation for their internships.

The Coding Bootcamp cohort have been training since October 2018 and have covered the most-in demand and sought out skills to become a talented Full Stack Web Developer. Our participants also gain invaluable hands-on experience with daily exercises and weekly assignments. The ITC syllabus includes languages and technologies like:

Front-End:  HTML & CSS Bootstrap & responsive design JavaScript Ajax React framework and more.

Back-End: Python SQL Database Django REST API And more…

In order to prepare the Bootcampers for the working world, we brought in some experts in the field. Agam Rafaeli-Farhadian, a Full Stack Developer at Armis Security came to the ITC campus to share his insights on building your personal network and improving the participants’ tech career path, and Chen Yahav Levanon, the Founder and CEO of SimilarTech shared her personal stories on  ‘Networking Out of Your Comfort Zone’ in a new and different cultural environment. Yahav-Levanon will also provide insights on what she is looking for in potential employees & valuable ‘Tips and Tricks’ for improvement in a career path.

We also had Erez Lugashi, the CEO & Founder at AbiliSense will share valuable business insights and lessons learned from his start-up journey. “I am so glad that @AbiliSense partnered with @ITC, i was amazed from the quality of your human capital. ( interns and management ) Experienced with two batches so far and I can assure you that its a partnership for life”

The internship placement process is run by our in-house expert talent manager – Karin Shemer. She prepares and connects ITC participants to suitable positions in the most innovative and leading hi-tech startups and companies in Israel. A big Thank You to our partners Pyro, Playbuzz, Razor Grip Solutions, Check Point Software Technologies, Jeeng, Sight Diagnostics, Playermaker, AbiliSense, Enroute.tech, Asperii, Powhere, Ottopia, Rumble, Simplee, and Versatile Natures for hosting the ITC Bootcampers and challenging them with new projects.

Our partnering companies not only offer working experience, but also help in designing our course syllabi, provide workshops and deliver interesting lectures to our participants. Liran Erez and Elad Barness, co-founders at Pyro presented a new concept for defining, designing and developing websites – how to increase engagement and tell the company’s story in a unique way, completely interactive. One of our Alumna’s Eden Adler, a Front-End Developer at Lemonade, gave the Bootcampers a lecture on “Important tools to succeed in the Bootcamp & beyond”.
