Sales Representative
Job description:
A Senior Sales representative, serving as “Career consultant” / Advisor, offering (actually, selling)
young people from abroad and Israel the opportunity to join and study in programs as: Full
Stack Developer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, change their life through building a career path that
will let them pave their way to a job in the Israel Hi-tech industry.
Responsibilities:
• Get leads from various sources created by the Marketing team.
• Qualify the leads, prioritize handling them.
• Follow and execute a structured customer journey process.
• Identify Customer needs, serving them by by selling products meeting their needs.
• Obtains (admission process) orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on
leads.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products,
new products, and delivery schedules.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results, competitive
developments and prospects’ feedback.
• Resolves potential customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,
preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional
societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or
business administration preferred
• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Experience in education sector or “Jewish world“ as Taglit, Masa, Onward, etc. – an
advantage
• Good practice using Office software (Microsoft, Google) and phone systems
• Experience working in and using modern CRM system - mandatory
